The IR104 PC/104 industrial relay module features 20 optoisolated digital inputs and 20 relay outputs, sufficient for many industrial control applications. Each input can accept either AC or DC voltages with a range of 3-24V and are accessed through a 40-pin header that mates with a standard ribbon cable. The 20 SPST (Form A) relays have a long lifetime (20,000,000 operations, 100,000 at full load) and quick actuation time (6ms max operate, 3ms release). The relays are supplied with a contact rating of 250VAC or 30VDC @ 5A giving the IR104 the ability to directly control switches for small motors or solenoids. The relays are in the open state when deactivated / powered off. To allow for quick and convenient installation, a pair of 20-position detachable terminal blocks accept wire sizes of 14-28AWG. The IR104 is a compact design measuring 3.550" x 3.775" with a maximum component eight of 0.492". A 16-bit PC/104 BUS is included to allow for easy integration into embedded systems or to allow for up to 4 IR104 modules to be stacked together. The IR104 operates on single 5VDC, has a -20° to +70°C operating temperature range and is now RoHS compliant.
The FlexCom104-GPS is a PC/104 flexible communications module that provides a complete I/O solution for applications requiring GPS, serial, and wireless or wired communication. It features support for up to two Multitech Universal Socket compatible devices including GSM/GPRS, WiFi®, and Bluetooth®, a 16-channel ANTARIS 4 GPS receiver, and an RS-232 serial port. I/O addresses and IRQ are selectable and the module has an operating temperature of -20° to +60°C.
The PH104 multipurpose adapter is designed to be versatile enough to add a SeaDAC Lite OEM module, an embedded 4-port USB hub, a CompactFlash IDE adapter, or a 2.5″ hard drive. The unique arrangement of mounting holes (slots at the corners) allows the adapter board to be rotated and mounted 180 degrees along the long axis. This simplifies cable routing and improves access to connectors.
Male-Female stacking spacers from RAF Electronic Hardware help overcome space limitations that may occur when PC/104 or PC/104-Plus bus drives are installed. With this approach, standalone module stacks are used like ultra-compact bus boards, but without needing backplanes or bird cages. Module boards are spaced exactly 0.6 inches apart using RAF precision-made nylon or aluminum male-female spacers, to build structurally secure standalone module stacks. RAF stacking spacers allow PC/104 and PC/104-Plus embedded system designers to employ application-specific module stacks for their products that are easily and securely assembled. The RAF hardware can be used with any of more than 100 different PC/104 ultra-compact bus board modules produced by manufacturers today.

The Janus-MM-4LP-XT family of I/O modules offers two or four opto-isolated CANbus 2.0B ports plus 16 digital I/O lines. Models are available in both the PC/104-Plus and PC/104 form factors. An FGPA core houses the CAN controller logic and digital I/O logic providing data rates up to 1Mbps.
